The circumstances that can lead a student/practitioner to be injured are numerous. Both the teacher and the student can have some impact on the cause of this injury, so the ideal is both to be cautious and prevent themselves in the best possible way.
In this workshop we will address some basic points on how to prevent injuries and organize the body in space in order to find a balance in the practice of the asana.

We are Yogis with many years of practice and we have trained in various types of yoga.
In 2017 we started the study of Iyengar Yoga characterized by precise alignment and use of materials such as ropes, chairs, etc., which we gradually introduced in our classes.
Vairagya - is a Sanskrit term addressed in a 2000-year-old text, the 'Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. It can be seen as detachment or freeing ourselves from superfluous objects, ideas or concepts that condition, enslave and keep us from living a full and deeply happy life.
